MAY
Perform formal quarterly review of existing board composition, terms ending, officers, discuss succession planning, performance Review nomination forms against rubric to decide who to bring in for an interview
Decide on at least two interview dates
Agree on process for scheduling interviews (who/how/when)
JUNE
Finalize nomination (formally decide as a committee) who to nominate to Board
Board meeting
Present motion for new Board members (to start in the next month)
Present motion for retiring Board members in good standing to be a part of Advisory Council

Review onboarding videos for relevance; update accordingly
