Treasurer’s Report

The FY19 budgets are being finalized. The budget has been based on a count of 530 students. As of today the enrollment count was 547. If this remains constant, it will provide a surplus for the budget

Parent Academy was held on July 19th. Parents participated in three sessions: Academic, Culture and Parent Involvement

The board is still actively seeking new members

Two policies were presented to the board for approval

Open Records Policy was motion for approval by Kanethia Henderson. Seconded by Thompson
School Behavior Code policy will continue to be reviewed. Kanethia Henderson suggested to include information about the Special Education Manifestation process
