Executive Session
Board Discussed the lease of a potential tenant and the terms of the lease. A final copy was provided and discussed. All questions were answered and the board was ready to move forward with a vote.

Action Items
The board discussed the approval of the new tenant lease. The board approved the lease agreement with a pending start date.
The board also discussed the unsolicited offer for the property and that they would allow Mr. Badon (property manager) to provide the board with comps. He was also authorized to speak with the company that sent the offer.
