Resolution to proceed with closing on sale of approximately 2.6 acres of land at 1807 Memorial Drive to purchaser Lidl US Operations, LLC for $2,106,000.00. All net closing proceeds after fees and costs will go to pay down bonds held by Wilmington Trust, National Association.
