Chair Perry opened the meeting.
Approval of Agenda & Previous Meeting Minutes
Chair Perry deferred the vote of the Governing Board Meeting Minutes - October 23, 2023 to January's meeting because no quorum was established.

There were no public comments made.
Governance Committee Report
Committee Chair Berry reminded the members of the in-person Board training in December. She reviewed the Committee's report and highlighted the upcoming meeting dates, strategic plan, and state of school as reported by Ms. Olowoyo, the School's Executive Director.
Academic Accountability Committee Report
Committee Chair Patterson and Centennial Academy's Leaders reviewed the School performance metrics, attendance, standardized test scores and other benchmarks.
Finance Committee Report
Chair Perry deferred the Finance and Facilities Committee report to January meeting
Head of School Report
Ms. Olowoyo reported on the November Head of School Report, and updated the Board on the Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI) mandates.
