Advisory Council
Propose motion to BOD to add Rick Clark to Advisory Council.
Foundation request to add board member / update on Foundation bylaws review
Governance committee recommends approval of Foundation request to add board member.
Recommend Governance, Development and Foundation review the foundation bylaws.
Update on term length discussion
Tamara reviewed list of current and former BOD members; historically ~ 68% serve more than 1 full term. We agree the data shows there doesn't seem to be a problem and recommendation is to keep terms as-is; will continue to monitor.
Check-in on strategic plan elements
Robust discussion of first bullet point (identifying diverse members); need to coordinate with diversity committee.
Reserve discussion on other elements for later meetings.
