Strategic discussion with ED re BOD recruiting and composition
- Carla circulated returning member interest form; KK to circulate to current BOD.
- Discussion of board sizes for other charter schools (avg. Dekalb = 9) (avg. other locals = 11.75)
- Discussion about appropriate board composition and size.
- Richard/JWL to formalize annual recruiting plan and process.
