Resource Development and Institutional Advancement (RDIA) Committee Work - Committee Chair

• Review and discuss the RDIA Committee’s purpose (i.e., to manage and coordinate fundraising efforts, plan and coordinate events, and seek out opportunities for gaining corporate sponsors, philanthropists, large donors, grants, and endowments all for the purpose of raising money and generating funds for Ivy)
• Review calendars and recommend meeting calendar
• Revisit and prioritize use of resource development and fundraising proceeds (e.g. Professional development, facilities improvement; debt reduction; STREAM equipment and supplies)
• Determine primary annual board-initiated fundraising event or activity
