Chronically Absenteeism Laws update
The 2024-2025 audit has been completed with no findings.
The SCSC Fiscal & Operation Monitoring has begun and will close October 31, 2025.
Property taxes (tenant responsibility) - Tenants are solely responsible for the property taxes

Grady Lease Proposal - awaiting response from Attorney Bryant following her review.
Financial Policy review - in the process of identifying the policies that are either due for renewal (after five years) or needed due to changing laws in order to be compliant.
Monthly Financial Forecast will be available for the October 28, 2025 meeting which include the Projected Year-End Cash.
Resource Development Committee - Heather Gaylord will present her action plan, support needed and next steps at the October Finance Committee meeting. She will create a monthly work session.
