Welcome and Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:18 p.m.
Academic Sessions
The school leader reports on the status of the school.
Revised calendar : Dr. Nichols would like to revised the calendar to change the half days for the Spring Semester to Full days.
Head of Schools presented the following policy reviewed and revised:
- Use of Facilities
- Naming Rooms in a Facility
- Family Involvement and Family Contract
- Sexual Discrimination, Harassment, and Misconduct
There was discussion on the Naming Rooms in a Facility Policy
LeadRight - Accreditation Updates/dates:
The Board needs to decide on the following dates for the visit:
March 16, March 23 or March 30, 2020
Governance Session
Potential Board Members: Attorney is our high priority.
Board Financial Commitments Due:
Board Participation: Night of the Arts (12/11)
Board Fundraiser selection (Derrick Hill): discussed Giving Tuesday and the schools goal of raising $5000. He also spoke about getting Promethean Board donated to the school.

Finance Session
Chief Financial Officer reports on the status of the school’s financials:
CFO presented the FY20 Draft Amended Budget and FY20 Draft Amended Budget Salary
Budget Hearing Dates (proposed):
January 21, 2020 and February 25, 2020.
There was discussion concerning Christmas Bonus for teachers. The recommendation was no bonus at this moment, Bonus but not a Christmas bonus or $100 bonus. Head of School mention funds coming in from church renting the building and parking lot rental that can cover the cost of the bonus.
