Welcome and Call to Order

Mrs. Harrington called the meeting to order at 4:25pm

Approval of Minutes

We did not have minutes to approve at this meeting.

Review 2026-2027 CLIP goals

Ms. Falco presented the CLIP goals and action plans. A staffing update was provided and all positions are filled at this time. Academic coaches are in place for all four core subject areas and are working with teachers across the school. An intervention block has been added to the daily schedule to provide protected time for remediation, enrichment and twice weekly for sister circle.


For future meetings, discipline, teacher attendance, assessment data, and IDEA services will be reported on. We discussed the "locked in tutoring" that was implemented before GMAS in spring 2026. The intervention block should capture the remediation that was done in the "locked in tutoring". Ms. Falco is also applying for the high impact tutoring grant provided by the SCSC, which will provide further reinforcement.
