Welcome and Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Will Epps
Academic Work Session
The committee will discuss the following items:
· iReady Plans for Improvement
o by grade band
o Academy leaders hold staff accountable via the remediation plans developed for the scholars that scored at Tier 3
· Attendance
o Scholar attendance has improved at the seventh-grade level that was a problem for the last four months. The attendance for seventh has increased from 84 to 89%
o Teacher attendance is stellar. Teachers continue to meet the day to day demands of virtual learning
· Facilities Grant
o Updates for the grant were discussed
o Keyless Entry, Gate installation and carpet installation are the last items to be purchased
· Charter School Program Grant
o Grant is $150k
