The meeting was called to order by Kanethia Henderson ( Academic Committee Chair) at 6:50 p.m.

Academic Work Session
Academic Committee Review the following Data:
WriteScore: Writing Data was reviewed for Grades 2nd through 8th.

Student Learning Objectives (SLO) Pre-Post is showing growth in all areas: Physical Education/Health, Dance, Theatre, Visual Arts, Connections Math, and Spanish.
Review Attendance Data for the month of October: Elementary is not as bad as Middle School. 8th grade went from 95% to 84%.
Ivy has partner with Afterschool All-star and Georgia State University. Incentives will be provided when students attend school 20 days straight with no tardy.
