The committee considered 3 motions, of which 3 passed, and 0 failed:
1. Amend agenda so the Finance Committee can present the audit report findings from Warren Everrett to the Board and then proceed with agenda as outlined. (passed)
2. The Board accept the audited financial statements and report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022. (passed)
3. Invest about $3 million of the cash sitting on the books at Centennial Place Academy into short term bonds treasuries consistent with the conversation that we had this evening and proposal offered to us by Truist recognizing that there will not be any investment into any equities. (passed)
