Financial Packet Review, Anne Chapman
Review current financial package through March 31st, 2021
Anne Chapman lead the discussion on the Bricolage Financials through March 31st, 2021.
- The discussion was had surrounding the timing of funds from State and Federal grants, specifically related to High-Cost Services and Strong Start 2020.
- It was stated that based on data through 3-31-21, we are expected to have a change in ending cash of approximately $749K. We started the year with a Negative $236K balance. This is due to being awarded more federal funds for Special Education, the reduction in transportation costs and meal services, and that we lost no money with aftercare write-offs in 20-21.
- The future use of ESSER II and ESSER III funds to supplement the loss of MFP revenue was discussed. All were in agreement that these funds will be used as an offset to the reduction in MFP and towards learning loss programming.
