CEO Report, Troave' Profice
CEO, Troave' Profice, shared concerns gleamed from staff meetings and recounted the changes that are now in place:
Employee Health Benefits: Transfer Deductible Credit
Employee Health Benefits: Change to the Health Care Plan Year
Approve the edits to the 2020 - 2021 Bricolage Academy Employee Handbook

Harry Alper: Offered comparisons to Bricolage's retirement contributions to other local charter networks. Encouraged future budget cuts to consider teacher salaries and compensation as non-negotiable.
Brent Rhodes: Expressed concern around what standard the Board sought to achieve and/or meet specific to compensation.
Mariel Aken: Shared the positive impact seasoned educators can have on student performance. Encourages compensation package to be crafted in a way that allows for continuity and stability in staffing.
