Finished the month of January 2025 above budget expectations by 133K MTD and 336K above budget expectations YTD. MTD 9K unrealized gain on cash and investment accounts; annual fund donations of 12K; restricted income of 8K (Ocean Stewards); 15K above expectations in total expenses; YTD Interest earned an unrealized gain on investments 31K Annual giving 31K. Charter school supplement 41K. Create Grant offset 42K and security grant funds of 42K. As of January 2025, our market value on investments is 1,010,924K on a 1,000,000 investment. Gain of 9K for the month. Gain of 34K YTD. Also discussed: water bill adjustments, adjusted QBE Allocation resulting in a reduction of monthly payments to us by APS, 2819 Church lease, and 2025-2026 budget due by the end of the month.
