November 2024 Highlights
Operations: We finished the month of November 2024 above budget expectations by 38K MTD and 200K above budget expectations YTD. MTD 14K unrealized gain on cash and investment accounts; under budget in staff development 15K and repairs and maintenance 9K, (timing differences); YTD Interest earned an unrealized gain on investments 39K Annual giving 15K. Charter school supplement 41K. Salaries absorbed by Title I , 27K and security grant funds of 47K; 17K ahead in after school fees.
Investments: As of November 2024, our market value on investments is 1,000,067K on a 1,000,000 investment. Gain of 14K for the month gain of 39K YTD.
Cash Position: As of July 2025, we are projecting a cash balance of 592K Net of cash reserves 1.3 million. Cash reserves should represent approximately two months of operating expenses.
Updates: Water Bill Adjusted QBE allocation results in monthly revenue reduction of 16K per month. Projecting 110K deficit.
