Operations: -Finished the month of September 2024 above budget expectations by 85K MTD and 149K above budget expectations YTD.
Why? -Charter School supplement of 42K -27K in salaries absorbed by Title 1 -14K in interest income on cash accounts and unrealized gain on investments -YTD Interest earned an unrealized gain on investments 46K Annual giving 14K. Charter school supplement 41K. Salaries absorbed by Title 1 27K.
Title 1: Quarterly submission -27K 1st quarter
Investments: -As of September 2024, our market value on investments is 1,014,106 on a 1,000,000 base. -Gain of 12K for the month -Gain of 41K YTD
Cash Position: -As of July 2025, we are projecting a cash balance of 678K -Net of Cash reserves should represent approximately two months of operating expenses -As of September 30, 2024, we have an AR of 99K outstanding, (Title 1, Cafeteria Remittance, Title II and math and science supplement).
