Operations: Finished the month of August 2024 below budget expectations by 6K MTD and 73K above budget expectations YTD. Why? -MTD pretty much even or at budget. -YTD interest earned unrealized gain on investments 40K, annual giving 9K, and timing differences

Investments: -As of August 2024, our market value on investments is 1,002,462K on a 1,000,000 base. -Gain of 12K for the month -Gain of 27K YTD
Cash Position: -As of July 2025, we are projecting a cash balance of 748K -Net of cash reserves 1.3 million. -cash reserves should represent approximately two months of operating expenses. -As of August 31, 2024, we have an AR of 249K outstanding, (Cares Act; Title 1). -Deposited checks totaling 110K this in month of August. Received another check of 35K in September.
