Operations: Finished the month of July 2024 above budget expectations by 75K MTD and YTD. Why? Collection of activity fees; annual fund donations and unrealized gain on investments, interest income along with timing of expenditures.
Title 1: Quarterly submission
Investments: As of July 2024, our market value on investments is 990K on a 1,000,000 base. Gain 15K for the month. Gain of 15K YTD.
Cash Position: As of July 2025, we are projecting a cash balance of 230K. Net of cash reserves 1.3 million. Cash reserves should represent approximately two months of operating expenses. As of July 31, 2024, we have an AR of 249K outstanding, (CARES Act; Title 1). Deposited a check for 87K this in month of July.
