3. Approve Bonus payout of 15% to our School President and 8.2% to our CFO, in accordance to performance for the 2018-2019 School Year. (passed)
4. Approve the minutes as submitted (passed)

5. Adopt the Board Training Plan for the 2019-2020 School year (passed)
