The committee considered 6 motions, of which 6 passed, and 0 failed:

1. Motion to call the meeting to order (passed)
2. Approve the Agenda for the April Board meeting (passed)
3. Motion to ratify new hires (passed)
4. Motion to approve investment policy; as amended which includes a limit to invest only the operating reserves (passed)
5. Amend the bylaws to increase board membership to 13 members (note: we will reduce the number of members by 1-2 when Peter and Katrina roll of the board at the end of the school year). (passed)

6. Add David Davis as a member of the Westside Atlanta Charter School Board (passed)
