1. Call the meeting to order (passed)
2. Approve the agenda as submitted. (passed)
3. Approve the minutes as submitted (passed)
4. Motion to approve preliminary budget with the caveat that if any state changes come through that warrant an adjustment, we amend the budget for said adjustment. (passed)

5. Motion to promote Douglas McRae to Finance Committee chair. (passed)
