Monthly Financials
The committee reviewed the monthly financials.
Tax return Update
The committee discussed the tax return draft and compiled a list of items to discuss with the return preparers.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:45 pm
Review of Budget Amendements
The committee discussed the review of the budget amendments. The committee approved the budget amendments. The primarily consisted of updating the QBE funding to actual and reflecting the approved 2.5% increase for personnel. Increasing the budget for museum visits and instruction was also approved.
Tish to prepare an estimate for facilities contributions remaining for the year for the committee to review
Construction Update
Josh provided a construction update. Tish presented a newly formatted construction update that will be used moving forward to update the Board of Directors on the cash flow and funding available for the Media Center.
