Finance Committee Chair and Governing Board Treasurer, Ashley Rowland, will call the Finance Committee meeting to order.

The Finance Committee met on Tuesday January 9th, 2024 @7:00 PM for what was scheduled to be a 0 hours and 45 minutes long meeting. Present: Danielle Royden, Dan Waltzer, Hunter Fountain, Ashley Rowland
Not Present: Tish Craig, Brad Summers, Andrew Tashiro

The members considered the following items:

3. Monthly Financials

The committee considered 3 motions, of which 3 passed, and 0 failed:
1. Approve the agenda as submitted (passed)
2. Motion to Approve the minutes from prior meeting (passed)
3. To Adjourn (passed)

Approval of Agenda 5 minutes

So that there is agreement between board members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the board shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move the board through the agenda as specified.
