Approval of Last Month's Meeting Minutes
The Finance Committee met on Tuesday March 14th, 2023 @7:00 PM for what was scheduled to be a 0 hours and 58 minutes long meeting. Monthly Financials
Reviewed monthly financials from March, discussing variances between budget and actual amounts.
Highlights include:
- 71k transferred from the Foundation to fund roof repairs
- Expenses largely in line with budget
- Confirmed with Ameris Bank that our accounts are collateralized and as such protected in the event of a bank failure
Discuss Tax Return
Tax return on schedule with a draft handed over by Aprio.
Finance Committee to review independently and submit comments by EOD Monday 4/24.
