Review Budget
The committee discussed the proposed 2022-2023 budget in detail, discussing variances to prior periods.
Discuss Audit Preparation
Audit fieldwork begins on 8/22 and Tish has begun preparing the relevant schedules. She emailed these documents to the Finance Committee and requested comments by EOD 8/14 so she can make any necessary edits.
Review Monthly Financials
Due to activities in closing the prior fiscal year and preparing for the audit, July financials were not available to review. This is consistent with prior year treatments.
