RFP update
Discussed different firms options to help us decide the right fit for TMS for the next few years.
February Financials
Reviewed and discussed P&L variances and supporting documentation.

Applied for PPP loan (2nd round) and waiting to hear on approval. TMS would also be elegible for additional credits through ERTC for Q1 2021 and also for credits for 2020. Budget will need to be revised by April if possible.
