A new member and Facilities committee meeting

Andrew Tashiro will be joining our committee. We made the proper introductions.

Facilities provided an update related to mitigation strategies and costs to have the building ready for TMS students to go back to school next year.

September '20 Financials

Reviewed and discussed variances for revenue and expenses as well as the balance sheet ending balances.

Audited Financials 2019-2020

Reviewed and discussed comments provided by members of the committee. Tamara will follow up with the auditors on some of the questions and adjustments that were made by them.
