PPP Loan update

The funds were received on 4/27/20.

2018-2019 Tax Returns

Discussed comments made by members (per shared word document) after first draft was reviewed. Treasurer will further review comments and share them with external auditors for further clarification.

April Financials

Discussed variances per the P&L. Some prepaid items may need to be reclassified.

Shelina will be the point of contact for the auction financial reporting (TMS Foundation).
