August Financials
Revenue: QBE includes catch-up amounts from July and July SPED; fundraising is low due to timing differences in expected receipts. Expenses: Personnel higher for August due to three-payroll month; Tish is going to look at Support Staff to see why that variance is high; food services is high, may be due to ramping up Balance Sheet: Tish will move Construction in Progress into service.
Phase 6 Update
Wrapping up bills from this phase at the end of September.
Audit Update
The committee is requesting that the draft be delivered to the committee by COB September 16 so the committee can review before fall break.
