The committee considered 8 motions, of which 8 passed, and 0 failed:

1. Approve the July 21, 2026 Agenda as previously submitted. (passed)
2. Approve the minutes from the June 16, 2026 meeting as previously submitted. (passed)
3. Policy 1: If the child of a Museum School Staff member is involved in (or is thought to be involved in) a behavior identified in the school’s Accountability Plan, the responding adult should not engage the child’s parent (the TMS staff member) in the capacity of a staff member. If the staff member parent is engaged, they should recuse themselves from the situation immediately. (passed)
4. Policy 2: Museum School leaders (Executive Director, Principal, and Assistant Principal) will not receive, lead, or engage in any initial investigation in his/her child’s grade-level. (passed)
5. The Board reviewed and approved the August Spending Proposal. (passed)
6. Go into Executive Session. (passed)
