The committee considered 4 motions, of which 4 passed, and 0 failed:

  1. Motion to approve the agenda. (passed)
  2. Motion to approve the October meeting minutes. (passed)
  3. Approve recommendation from Executive Committee session to approve a 3% bonus for the Principal as well as a one-time bonus of $1,500 for being recognized as the 2018 GCSA Leader of the Year. (passed)

  4. Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters. (passed)
