  1. Motion to move to Executive Session to discuss a legal matter. (passed)

  3. Motion to file a charter renewal petition to DeKalb County School District with cover letter requesting a nonrenewal as TMS wishes to pursue replication which a different commissioning body charter would provide. (passed)

  4. Motion to approve the agenda as presented. (passed)
