  2. Motion to approve minutes of the regular meeting held December 15, 2020 and special called meeting of January 6, 2021. (passed)
  3. Authorize the Treasurer to submit an application for the Paycheck Protection Program 2 for The Museum School as presented and at a time the Treasurer deems appropriate in the coming weeks. (passed)
  4. Approve the nomination of Andrew Tashiro to the Governing Board. (passed)
  5. Move to Executive Session to discuss a legal matter. (passed)
