1. Approve the agenda as submitted (passed)
2. Approve the minutes of the September 15, 2020 regular Board meeting, with corrections as noted to name misspellings, as well as the September 22, 2020 Special Called meeting. (passed)
3. To approve the Letter of Intent as submitted to formal initiate the charter renewal process. (passed)
4. Approve the completed audited for FY 2019-2020 as presented. (passed)
5. Move to Executive Session to discuss a legal matter. (passed)
