2) Governance Committee Roles

  • Keep Minutes; Prepare Agenda; Run Meeting in the Absence of Committee Chair
  • Send Reminders to the Governing Board Members at the conclusion of every board meeting to track minutes and donations.
  • Document Review - Each Governing Board Member will select a "project"/document review for consideration and presentation to the Committee
  • Lead the discussion/planning to create an OnBoarding Policy
  • Lead the discussion/planning for a succession plan

3) Letter of Assurance - Fulton County Review

4) Propose Dropbox as the system needed to house board documents. - One login shared per committee.
