1. Approve the agenda as submitted (passed)
2. Approve the minutes as submitted. (passed)
3. Approve faculty/staff appreciation not to exceed $2,500. (passed)

4. Move to hire a full-time payroll and operations assistant. A part time position was approved and funded in FY20. (passed)
