The meeting was called to order at 6:23PM by Britton Batemon, Board Vice President.
This is a special called meeting to discuss:
1) Switching benefits brokers to TriNet who’s offering 14 new Medical (Aetna & Kaiser), 9 Dental, and 4 Vision plans that include plans with a premium cost of less than 5% to employees including those with a family. TriNet requires us to also move our payroll services in order to bundle the services.
2) USI is offering to move our benefits to a new broker with a combined payroll and benefits platform but at our current rates and subject to a potential cost increase starting July 2019.

To increase TMSA's employer contribution from $75 per month to a maximum of $450 per month for employees not electing medical coverage to be used for vision and dental benefits effective June 1, 2019.
