1. Approve the minutes of the February 5, 2019 Board meeting. (passed)
2. The Academic & School Performance Committee recommends the Gov. Board approve the Harvard calendar option based on the survey results. (passed)
3. Approve Agenda as presented. (passed)

4. Approve the request to upgrade the gym lights to LED not to exceed $9,000. (passed)
