Meeting Summary

The members considered the following items:

1. Approval of Agenda
2. Welcome and Call to Order
3. Review Letter dated June 22, 2018 from the SCSC concerning SLAM Academy of Atlanta enrollment
4. Discussion and approval of new Budget
5. Facilities Update and discussion on expenses related to obtaining the Certificate Of Occupancy

The committee considered 3 motions, of which 2 passed, and 0 failed:

1. Approve the agenda as submitted (passed)
2. Approve the Budget for SLAM Academy of Atlanta to open with 106 students (proposed)

3. To give Daniel and Danny access to negiotiate on behalf of the board what is necessary to obtain the COO (passed)
