4. Motion to approve employer coverage of 100% single rate pay for medical expenses, offer dental and vision at employees expense and provide $10,000 life insurance coverage per employee. (passed)

5. Motion to continue with current architect arrangement to obtain Certificate of Occupancy. (passed)
