So that there is agreement between board members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the board shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move the board through the agenda as specified.

Audited Financials Submission
Everything was submitted on time. We ran into an issue with portal security that we were able to overcome so that the information was submitted on time.
Debt Repayment schedule
The $55,000 outstanding loan owed to Academica was not paid in December as promised. We were waiting on the CSP reimbursement for December to use but the funds did not come in yet but are expected to come in in January. Once we receive those dollars we will pay back Academica. Pardes wants to ensure that from an audit perspective we look into whether or not we need to amend the paperwork to show that the new payment month is now January. Nataly will check with Ana to see if we need to do an amendment to the original paperwork.

Federal Grants Drawdown Update
Title I - 1st approved for $109,739.00 first drawdown will be sent for your approval next week.
Title IV – Approved fir $10,000.00 1st drawdown will be sent for your approval next week.
Title II – Approved for $4,842 Haven't created a budget yet
IDEA – Approved for $18,655 (Flowthrough), Pre-school approved for $949.00, no budget yet
CSP – 4th drawdown will be sent for approval next week (30k).
Facility - last drawdown 2k will be sent for your approval next week
Security – 2nd drawdown will be sent for your approval next week.
