Resurgence Hall Charter School: May Financials

Financial Update

  • Some higher-than-forecast spending at year-end in benefits, services, and supplies.
  • Largest increases were in professional development, security, student recruitment, and EdTec fees.
  • Updated forecast: $818,812 (down from $864,354)


Grant Drawdowns

  • Title I: 80% drawn, final submission in July.
  • Title II, IV, IDEA 611 & 619: 100% drawn, all funds received


Cash Position

  • Forecast to end FY25 with 369 days’ cash on hand.

Performance Dashboard (as of 5/31/25)

  • Scored 90/100, meeting all financial standards.
  • Strengths: strong cash reserves, timely debt repayment, positive efficiency margin


Resurgence Hall Middle Academy: May Financials

Financial Update

  • Stable forecast overall, with minor savings in HR and janitorial services.
  • Increased spending in PD and art supplies, balanced by savings in events and textbooks.
  • Updated forecast: $411,596 (slight increase from $410,646)

Resurgence Hall Charter School: Review the academic dashboard, which includes schoolwide enrollment, attendance averages, demographic data, RHCS entry year, attrition rate and reason for both students and staff, school climate indicators, parent engagement indicators, and staff engagement indicators. Enrollment FY25.

RHPA Headline - We are over enrolled in RHPA by 45 scholars, however, historical data and trends lead us to believe we will

land around 430 FDOS and closer to 420 (target) for count day.


RHMA Headline - We are at target of 290 scholars. Historical data and trends (limited) lead us to believe RHMA families will

commit and attrition low.
