  1. Facilities Update

  • HVAC Replacement:
  • Engaged Facility Resource Center (FRC) to oversee the project.
  • Four complete bids reviewed.
  • Recommendation to approve Rashad’s AC & Heating contract for $211,791.53.
  • Scope includes:
  • Replacement of RTUs (various specifications and tonnage).
  • Removal and disposal of old units.
  • Installation and testing of new units.
  • Coordination with roofing contractors, if necessary.
  1. Academic Recognition

  • Resurgence Hall Primary and Middle Academies recognized as Title I Distinguished Schools, placing in the top 5% of Georgia’s Title I schools.

  • Added three new donor families to the Founders’ Circle.
