The meeting will be called to the order at 6:02 pm.

Approval of Agenda

So that there is agreement between board members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the board shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move the board through the agenda as specified.

Expenses- Supplies

• All incoming K need new laptops
• Projection of 5-year replacement cycle
• Teacher laptops carry warranty
• Purchase new laptops if it is outside of the warranty
• Additional loaner laptops
• Looking for newer scholar headphones 
• Will look at per pupil amount
• JoyN Events- For adult culture (staff appreciation, monthly team building activities, food, holiday party, end of year party)
• Review of FY24 Teacher Salary Scale
• Helpful to have an org chart of staff roles and responsibilities
• Compare previous year's budget to see what the increase is

Our Public Comment period is for members of the public to address the board. Each member of the public may sign up to comment at the meeting by requesting an opportunity to comment by email to the board chair or by sign-up prior to the welcome and call to order, and will be allotted two minutes. The board will listen, but may not directly respond to any comments. Our meetings are open to the public and public record.
