Quorum is present and the meeting is called to order at 8:00 PM.

Approval of Agenda

So that there is agreement between board members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the board shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move the board through the agenda as specified.

Motion made to approve the agenda with the amendment of the removal of the vote and discussion re: complaint of resolution process for materials harmful to minors per the committee meeting to do further research.

School Leader Report

The school leader reports on the status of the school.

  • Wall Card Day- Families were able to come in the building during Community Circle
  • New initiative with PFN Voter Registration Meeting- Denesha (RedefinEd) provided training to PFN to advocate during the Play in the Park
  • Update on Construction- RHMA underground plumbing start, foundation for the front porch completed, no updates to date for substantial completion

Review of FY23 Balance Sheet.
