Actions to Take/ Time Frame to Complete
Discussion on the Development and Governance portions of the plan today.
Check with the administration if they gathered some discussion points in those areas.
- The development excellence portion of the plan was discussed and the board provided action item for the DPA leadership to come up with the strategy around the excellence plan.
- Three areas (Fundraising, Awareness and Partnerships) were identified as top focus points for the next three years for DPA development excellence
