Welcome and Call to Order
The meeting will be called to the order, beginning with the pledge of allegiance.
FY 20 Budget
Review FY 20 budget items.
-Set contingency budget at 480 students for the 2019-2020 school year.
-Projected Budget set for 540 students for the 2019-2020 school year.
-Revise salary with flat $3,000 from Governor's Bonus with the salary schedule adjustments.
-Allocate $1,500 for Paraprofessional increases.
-Revisit Administrative Salary Scale to be comfortable to State, Charters, and Districts Administrators.
-Additional incentives based on attendance and performance. Proposal needs to be designed and presented.
-Research Ecivis - Development Director
-Recommendation to approve Director of Development and make full time.
